This design was done for a realtor that wanted professional, classic and timeless. To accomplish the desired traits I incorporated the triangle and residential element by creating a roof out of triangles. The two tone colors give it a professional look. the lighter fonts help live a more professional feel while the heavier one helps give a bolder look.
